  • Rajinikanth's Lingaa has Denied to Shoot at Amba Vilas Palace

    It's a known fact that Tamil Superstar Rajinikanth is presently shooting Kollywood's forthcoming film Lingaa, which had completed its muhurtha, today, in Chamundi Hills, Mysore. But the latest buzz from Karnataka's Heritage capital Mysore city is that the officials of Amba Vilas Palace have refused to permit the crew to shoot the movie inside the palace premises.

    Amba Vilas palace is the famous visiting spot in Mysore, which is situated in the heart of the city. It is reported that when the crew approached to take the permission to helm the shooting of Lingaa, the palace officials completely refused to permit them. The film is being produced by Sandalwood's ace producer Rockline Venkatesh, which has scheduled its shooting in and around of Mandya and Mysore for another ten days.

    The muhurtha of Lingaa was graced by Superstar Rajinikanth, Karnataka Housing Minister and Sandalwood's ace actor Rebel Star Ambareesh, director KS Ravikumar, actress Sumalatha Ambareesh, producer Rockline Venkatesh, Soorappa Babu, Muniratna and others. The movie, which is the third combination of Rajinikanth and KS Ravikumar will see Bollywood diva Sonakshi Sinha and Mangalore lass Anushka Shetty as the female leads. It is said that the makers were need of palace as it was the perfect choice for the shooting of a song.
