Although there were quite a few speculations on his landmark film, it has now been stated that he will be acting as Uyyalawada Narasimha Reddy in a film that will be produced by his son Ram Charan.
Talks are on to bring in V V Vinayak to direct as he has worked with Chiranjeevi in Tagore. As per the sources, the film is likely to go on floors in August 2014 on Cheeru’s birthday and would be a January 2015 release. Paruchuri brothers will be writing the dialogues.
Narasimha Reddy belonged to Kurnool who fought the British forces in 1846 and was tortured and hanged to death in 1847.
