If not an actor, would Hansika have been a Painter?

The philanthropic side of actor Hansika Motwani is known well. But, not many know her artistic abilities – She has more than 100 paintings to her credit. Her subjects range from Wildlife, Caricatures to Abstracts.

In a recent interview, when asked about her paintings, she said, “I paint and painting gives me my much needed break from my routine. Painting was a subject in my school and I developed a liking for the lines and colours and started practising in my free time. It helps me de-stress amidst my hectic shooting schedules.”

However, she won't be taking it up as an alternate career. She said, “No, not at all. It’s just a hobby. We actors don’t really have time to even nurture such hobbies.”

That's a new color to Hansika!
