'Bhai' Salman to take 'Thala' Ajith's place

Director Siva, of Siruthai and Veeram fame, is set to make inroads into Bollywood as well, with the remake of his own Veeram, which released and had a successful run for Pongal 2014.

And the superstar who will fit into Ajith's boots is none other than 'Bhai' Salman Khan.

This film will kick off next year after Siva completes another film with Thala Ajith (56th film). After Ajith's powerful performance as Vinayagam, we have to see what is Salman's onscreen name in the remake.

More details on this production and the cast for the Veeram remake will be known in the coming months.
