We hear that this film would be a multi-starrer, with many known stars in talks. The film would be a family drama and is expected to have an interesting screenplay format.
The final cast would be finalized in about 10 days' time. Anirudh and Richard Nathan would continue their association with Kiruthiga, as the composer and DoP respectively. Anirudh has claimed in a few interviews that his work in Vanakkam Chennai is among his best. We have to see if he would better his best, this time around.
'Kiru' plans to start the filming in August this year. As reported earlier, Vijay Sethupathi hasn't been approached for this film.
