The director who introduced the actress to the industry released a press statement saying that Anjali can't act in Tamil films until she completes shooting for her portions in his directorial Oor Sutri Puranam.
Actress Anjali however responded by sending out a press release announcing her comeback in Tamil films and also stated no one can stop her from acting in Tamil movies.
But the latest is that the Directors Association have issued a ban on Anjali stopping her from acting in Tamil Movies, But the actress can continue to act in other languages.
