Reportedly, Kamal Haasan plays two characters Uthaman, an 8th century drama actor and Manoranjan a 21st century film superstar. At this juncture, photos from the movie’s Bangalore shooting spot, featuring Kamal, Pooja Kumar and the film's crew are being circulated in the internet. Kamal is attired in a pink t-shirt covered by a brown leather jacket while Pooja is seen in a red top and black skirt. It is apparent that the 21st century scenes featuring the superstar Manoranjan are being shot.
According to sources close to the team, the shoot for the remaining portions of Uttama Villain resumed in Chennai from yesterday.
Uttama Villain, directed by Ramesh Arvind, boasts of a stellar cast in the form of Jayaram, K Balachander, K Vishwanath, Urvashi, Pooja Kumar, Andrea Jeremiah, Parvathi Menon to name a few.
