  • Salman Khan Case Comes Court Today

    Salman Khan is expected to appear before Mumbai court in the retrail of his 2002 hit and run case hearing today at 10.30 a.m. The eyewitnesses are expected to identify Salman Khan in the court.

    The retrail earlier happened with partial depositIon of eye witness on April 29. If Salman Khan is convicted he would get upto ten years of imprisonment. He was earlier tried for the lesser offence of causing death by negligence, which would be punishable upto two years in jail.

    Salman in September 2002, is alleged to have driven the land cruiser which killed one and injuring four others in suburban Bandra, Mumbai. The case is still going on from court to court and finally the hearing is today. The police say they have enough evidence against the actor.

    In 1998, Salman Khan spent three days in prison for killing black buck, an endangered species of deer, in Rajasthan. The actor's appeals in separate poaching cases are currently pending in the Rajasthan courts.

    Media is waiting eargerly in front of his Galaxy from last night. Nobody knows his whereabouts right now. He had plans to go to Panvel after shooting, but it is not sure if he is there or not.

    Salman Khan gave back to back hits in the past five years, recently shooting for his next flick 'Kick' in Poland.
