Karthik Subbaraj's second movie as a director, after the cult success of his debut venture Pizza, Jigarthanda has come out of the censors with a U/A certificate. The reason behind the U/A certification is believed to be the violence in the movie.Starring Siddharth and Lakshmi Menon, Jigarthanda is being marketed as a musical gangster story. The film is expected to have spectacular technical values with Santhosh Narayanan's background score, the stunning sound design and Gavemic U Ary's ground-breaking work on the camera.
Jigarthanda is eyeing a release towards the end of the month.
