The makers of Sandalwood's forthcoming movie Ranavikrama starring Power Star Puneet Rajkumar in the lead role has finalised the second female lead for the movie. The movie directed by Pawan Wadeyar will see South Lass Anjali opposite Puneet, which also has Dimple Queen Rachita Ram in the female lead.
Ranavikrama, which is touted to be an out and out action entertainer is the first combination of Puneet Rajkumar and director Pawan Wadeyar. The movie will have two female leads, which had scheduled its muhurtha on Puneet Rajkumar's birthday. It was the tough for the makers to search the female leads for Puneet, who had tried to rope in South beauties Tamanna Bhatia and Shruti Hassan earlier. As the duo dates were unavailable, the makers finalised Rachita for one role, and was likely to zero Malyalee beauty Parvathi Menon for another role. But now the latest buzz has confirmed that Anjali will be playing another heroine in the film, which is likely to go on-floors shortly.
Ranavikrama, which is being produced by Jayanna and Bhogendra will see Sandalwood Prince in two different shades - one as the tough cop of the current era, and another as the protagonist in the past.
