Exciting updates on director Mahendran and Ilayaraja project

Director Mahendran holds a very special and respectable position in the Tamil film industry with his films like Uthiri Pookkal, Nenjathai Killadhe to name some.

Some time back, the director announced that he is teaming with maestro Ilayaraja for his next project and the cast and crew details were to be announced soon.

The latest from Mahendran’s camp is that Prakash Raj, Simran and Prathap Pothen have been brought on board. The project is set to go on floors from July 2014.

According to an earlier announcement, Kasi Viswanathan would be the editor of the film and Sanjay, the cinematographer.
