A popular star in Simha's next movie

Urumeen is an upcoming movie that has Soodhu Kavvum fame Simha in the lead. The movie is an action thriller based on various economic crimes and investigations that happened between 1990 - 2014 in Tamilnadu.

The team has been shooting in locations like Chennai, Puducherry, Coimbatore. Kerala, Hyderabad, Bangalore and Pune.

The other actors who will be featured in the film are Aradhana, Kali, Anupama Kumar, Kalaiyarasan, Maheshwaran (Moodar Koodam fame) and Antony Dasan.

The movie will have music by Achu and the cinematography is being handled by Ravindranath Guru. Urumeen is directed by Sakthivel Perumalsamy and produced by Dr. L. Sivabalan under the banner Zero Rules Entertainment.

It is said that the team is in touch with a popular star to play an important character in the movie.
