It's a known fact that Superstar Rajinikanth first began shooting for Rana before his health issue and Kochadaiyaan which followed, There is currently a buzz going around that Rana will be resumed again. Sources add Media One Head has confirmed in a interview that that they will resume the movie with Superstar in six months time after the completion of Superstar's current project with K.S Ravikumar which also features Anushka Shetty and Sonakshi Sinha.
Rana will actually be a sequel to Superstar's Kochadaiyaan.
