Siddharth and Amala Paul starrer Kadhalil Sodhappuvadhu Yeppadi that released in 2012 was recently screened in Beijing, China. The producer of the film, Sashikanth of YNot Studios shared the experience on his social page, saying, “Super response for the KSY screening at the Beijing film fest. Felt great to see audience react. Missed director Balaji Mohan. Superb response for the movie. It was a packed house and they laughed throughout and enjoyed it. What a lovely little movie we all made! So much heart!”
It must be noted that Vijay’s Kaavalan was screened at the Shanghai Film Festival and garnered similar applause.
Meanwhile, Sashikanth and Balaji Mohan have come together again for another project, Vaayai Moodi Pesavum, which is releasing this week. Starring Dulquer Salman and Nazriya in the lead, the film acts as the comeback vehicle for Madhoo Bala and Vinu Chakravarthy.
