Dhanush's day 1 with Amitabh Bachchan

Dhanush has started his second Bollywood project. This time he goes bigger with director Balki, Amitabh Bachchan and Akshara Haasan on board.

The first day of shoot happened yesterday (20th April) in Mumbai and it was a special one indeed for Dhanush. Sharing his happiness via his social page, Dhanush said, “My first day shoot with Amitabh Bachchan sir... Will remain a very very very special day for me… #humble #simple #hard working. So happy!”

Amitabh Bachchan too took to twitter to announce the beginning of the project. He posted, “First day done... Nerves and apprehensions a bit settled... Redemption from the director for sure! Dhanush and Akshara on set!”
