Looks like Gautham Menon's Thala 55 may have a Vinnaithandi Varuvaaya connection. There were earlier reports that Anushka Shetty and Amy Jackson were playing the female leads in the movie but source close to the film has revealed Anushka & Trisha might feature in the film.."Director Gautham is considering the possibility of also getting actress Trisha on board for the film, which will be an action thriller. Both Trisha and Gautham are professionals who share a good working equation and the last time they worked together was on Vinnaithaandi Varuvaayaa."
Thala 55's shoot is set to commence from April 9th. The official announcement on the complete cast and crew will be made soon.
