After Titanic, Drishyam is the only film that has completed 100 days in UAE

To say that Drishyam, the Malayalam film that starred Mohanlal and Meena directed by Jeetu Joseph is a landmark kind of film in Malayalam, will not be an understatement.

The film that was made with a budget of around 4.5 crores has made a whopping 51 crores in terms of collection.

It was also appreciated by both the class and the mass. Remakes of the film in Tamil and Kannda are underway too. It has been said that this could be the highest grosser for a Malayalam film.

On its stay at the turnstiles, Drishyam has crossed one hundred days in many places. But the icing on the cake comes from its run in UAE where it has completed its ton. It has been stated that this is a unique feat which was earlier achieved only by Titanic.
