The latest updates from the Ajith - Gautham film

Ajith's upcoming film with Gautham Menon is always in the spotlight with everyday giving rise to some buzz or the other about the film. We investigated a bit more about the film and came up with more updates to satiate the appetite of Ajith and Gautham fans.

With an official announcement on the film likely in a few days' time, we have come to know that Anushka looks confirmed to play the female lead role while A.R.Rahman is yet to give his consent for the project due to his busy schedule.
If Rahman isn't able to accept the film, Harris Jayaraj is likely to take up the composer's mantle for the film and reunite with Gautham Menon, 6 years after Vaaranam Aayiram. If Harris comes on board, it will mark the first occasion that he will be doing the score for an Ajith film.

The other big buzz about the film that Ajith is playing dual roles is being brushed away as a rumor.

We have to wait for the official statement to come in, to know what exactly Ajith, Gautham and producer A.M.Rathnam have in store. The countdown begins.
