For the past few days there has been buzz going around that the Panchathanthiram duo of Kamal Haasan & Simran might be re-united for the Kollywood remake of Drishyam.Simran has however thrashed those rumors by issuing a press statement "I'm not doing any role in any remake of Drishyam, I shall reveal my professional plans to the media at the appropriate time".
Kamal Haasan who is currently into the shooting of Uthama Villain is expected to kickstart Drishyam from the month of June.
Jeetu Joseph who directed the original Malayalam blockbuster will also direct the Kamal Haasan version. Yesteryear actress Nadhiya and Gauthami are also linked up with this prestigious project.
