The actress had gone out with her family to a night show only to return and discover that 10 sovereigns of Gold and cash worth of 15 lakhs had been stolen. A police complaint was immediately lodged by Iniya's father.
Now the latest is that the Police have arrested Iniya's sister Fiance for this burglary. Iniya sister Swathi is a Television serial actress in Kerala and was in love with an employee working at a paint shop near their place in Thiruvananthapuram Kerala.
Their family initially did not approve this match, but after Swathi's persistence they agreed. Sources reveal that it was Swathi's fiance who planned this burglary with his friends and hence the arrest.
