Simhaa talks about Christian Bale's influence

Actor Simhaa, who impressed with movies such as Pizza, Neram, and Soodhu Kavvum, said that change in physical appearance will lend authenticity to characters. In a recent interview, he said, “I was also inspired after seeing Christian Bale's physical transformation for The Machinist and Batman Begins. I was amazed that it was the same guy who was playing the two roles. That made me aware of how physical appearance can go a long way in establishing a character.”

The versatile actor will be seen next as a gangster in Karthik Subbaraj’s Jigarthanda, starring Siddharth and Lakshmi Menon. He also plays the lead – a man searching for a job - in Urumeen, directed by Sakthivel Perumalsamy.
